Amy received her master's degree in counseling psychology in 2009. With over 15 years in the field, she has experience with a wide range of issues, specializing in mood/anxiety disorders, eating disorders and body image, ADHD, neurodivergent parenting, spirituality, and couples’ counseling. Amy works with individuals (aged 18 and up) and couples, meeting exclusively over telehealth at this time.
