I am a licensed clinical psychologist who has experience working with a variety of populations including adults, couples, adolescents, and children. I specialize in working with pregnant and postpartum women with depression and anxiety. In addition, I have experience working with women who have experienced loss, fertility issues, and adoption. My primary treatment approach is using a cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness treatment approach to help clients identify their negative and anxious thought patterns and develop healthier beliefs to improve their emotional health. I received my undergraduate degree from the Schreyer’s Honors College at Pennsylvania State University and received my Masters and Doctorate degree in clinical psychology from LaSalle University.
